DMCA Copyright Policy

Madreperla.mx respects the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights (“Infringement”) of any person or entity.

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice. To be effective, a Counter-Notice must be a written communication provided to our Designated Agent that includes substantially the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or Nebraska, if your address is outside of the United States).

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Madreperla.mx has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
